Terms of use

Draft, pending legal review. Last updated 18 October 2026.

These terms are between you and Cappadocia Experience LLC, the company that runs SkyPlan at cappadocia.ai. Our company details are on About SkyPlan.

What SkyPlan is, and isn’t

SkyPlan is a trip planner, not a booking site. It plans your days in Cappadocia and gives you one list to book; every booking is made with the provider, on the provider’s terms.

SkyPlan is free to use and needs no account. SkyPlan itself takes no payments: you pay the provider, on their site.

If you describe your trip in words, our AI provider, Anthropic, reads your note to fill in your plan. We don’t store or log it; our privacy policy says how long Anthropic keeps it. Times, prices and places come only from our records.

Privacy policy

Estimates and sample data

Any flight chance we show is an estimate, not a guarantee. The official go/no-go for each morning is set under the rules of Turkey’s civil aviation authority (SHGM) and published by the Kapadokya Slot Service Center (Kapadokya Slot Hizmet Merkezi, SHM), Kapadokya University, operating under SHGM authorisation. Your operator tells you whether your flight goes.

Your plan switches to its Plan B only after an official cancellation or your operator’s notice, never because of our estimate.

Places, prices and opening hours come only from our records, and each one says how sure we are: “Sample data” for a placeholder we have not checked yet, otherwise when it was last checked. When you book, the provider’s own page is what counts.

How we estimate

Bookings with providers

When you book, you book with the provider, on the provider’s terms. Their terms cover prices, changes, cancellations and refunds.

Opening a link is not a booking. An item counts as booked only when the provider confirms it; if you tell us you booked it, your list says so until the provider confirms.

Your plan may change, for example to its Plan B when the balloons don’t fly. Your bookings never change by themselves: a cancellation, a new date or a refund happens only with your approval, on the provider’s terms.

Partner links and commission

Every booking link says who it goes to, with the same line you see next to it:

  • Cappadocia Balloon Flights is our own booking site.
  • Booking.com is our partner. We may earn a commission.
  • GetYourGuide is our partner. We may earn a commission.

If you book through a partner’s link, the partner may pay us a commission. It never comes from you, and it never changes what goes into your plan or in which order.

Cappadocia Balloon Flights, our own booking site, is run by Cappadocia Experience LLC, the same company as SkyPlan.

“Sponsored” would mark a paid placement. We have none.

Paid extras are never pre-selected.

Museum tickets are not sold here: we link to the official e-ticket site.

How we choose and rank

The map

The map in your plan comes from Google Maps. When you use it, Google’s terms apply too.

A photo shows a place in one season and light; it is not a promise of weather, crowds or a view.

Every photo in SkyPlan, who took it and under which licence. We show the photos resized and cropped to fit, saved as WebP and JPEG; the originals are at their source. Our versions of the Wikimedia Commons photos are shared under the same licence as the original. Photos from Pexels may be used without credit under the Pexels License; we name the photographer anyway. None of them is our own photo.
